Stop wasting time on work your business shouldn’t need you to do manually. We find the repetitive processes, and replace the right ones with practical AI and automation.
Implementation is scoped to your systems, so it is quoted rather than listed. The audit is what tells us — and you — what it would actually involve.
Lead handling
Other things we replace
Complete packages to build and grow the business. The $99 consultation comes off either build, and the $199 a month does not start until day 30.
For people with an idea who want a straight answer before spending money.

State filing fees, registered-agent costs, domain and any merchant-provider fees are paid to those providers and are not included.
A studio on retainer, improving and automating the business month after month.

What changes is the depth of each one — not the order. You always know which stage you are in and what comes next.
You describe what you want to build, in plain language. No business plan required — a paragraph and an honest answer about your budget and time is enough to start.
We pressure-test the idea and turn it into a plan: who buys, what they pay, what gets built first, and what the first ninety days look like.
Then we build the actual thing. Brand, website or product, the systems that capture leads and run the day-to-day, and the automation that keeps it from eating your life.
We put it in front of customers, watch what actually happens, and fix what the first real week exposes.
Then it stops being a project and becomes a system: the repetitive work automated, the site kept current, and a monthly decision about what to fix next.
Every engagement is different. Some founders need all of this. Most need six or seven of them, in a specific order. Part of the work is deciding which.
Decide what the business is before spending money building it.
Business Strategy
What the business actually is, who pays for it, and why it wins.
Idea Validation
Proof the demand is real before you spend money finding out.
Brand Development
Name, positioning, voice and identity that fit the market you want.
Launch Strategy
A dated plan for the first customers, not a vague someday.
Make the thing customers actually touch.
Websites
Fast, written to convert, built to be edited by a normal person.
Ecommerce
Catalogue, checkout, fulfilment and the numbers behind them.
SaaS Products
Accounts, billing, dashboards — a real product, not a prototype.
AI & Automation
The repetitive work handled before you ever hire for it.
CRM Systems
One place where every lead, customer and follow-up lives.
Operations
The boring machinery: intake, scheduling, invoicing, delivery.
Get it in front of people, then make it bigger.
Lead Generation
Predictable ways for the right people to find you.
Marketing Systems
Content, email and ads that run on a schedule, not on mood.
Sales Infrastructure
Offer, pricing, pipeline and the words that close the deal.
Growth Systems
What to measure, what to fix next, and in what order.
Real businesses, built and running. A short list on purpose — we would rather show you two you can go and look at than a wall of logos you cannot check.
Client build · Junk removal, Tampa Bay
Our own product · Software for roofers
Both are live — the links go to the running sites, not screenshots. Where the work is our own product rather than a client’s, the card says so.
Almost nobody who reaches this page does. Here is who we tend to work best with — and, just as usefully, who we are the wrong choice for.
A good fit
First-time entrepreneurs
You have never done this before and would rather not learn it all the expensive way.
Experts turning a skill into a company
You are good at the work. Building the business around it is the unfamiliar part.
People with an idea and no starting point
You know what you want to build. Step one is the problem.
Owners launching something new
You already run a business, and this is the next thing — not the first thing.
Non-technical founders
The thing you need built requires software, and you do not write it.
Anyone tired of coordinating five freelancers
You want one team that owns whether the whole thing works.
Probably not a fit
None of that is a judgement. It is just a different job than the one we do, and knowing that early saves you money.
A lot of firms have one playbook and sell it to everyone. It is efficient for them and expensive for you, because you pay for pieces you do not need and go without the ones you do.
A retired tradesman with $40,000 and forty years of relationships should not be handed the same plan as a 24-year-old with $2,000, no customers and every evening free. Both can build something good. Not the same way.
So the engagement gets designed around the founder — the money, the time, the skills, and how much risk actually makes sense for you.

See the full background, projects and portfolio at tommythomsen.workA product is one small job at a fixed price — a logo, a one-page site, one automation. You buy it, we do it, it is done. A package is the business itself: the planning, the build, and the monthly work that keeps it running. Most people start with a product, and some of them come back for a package later.
Yes. What is on this page is what you pay — you can buy any of them right now without a call first. If your situation needs something outside these packages, we quote that separately and you approve the number before anything starts.
If you are unsure about the idea itself, start with the $99 consultation — it is deliberately cheap so that finding out early costs you almost nothing. If you already know what you are building, most people start at Business or Full Setup. If you just need one specific thing done, buy it from the shop. And if the business already exists and the problem is that it eats your time, that is AI Implementation at $299 a month.
Yes. Buy the $500 Business package or the $1,000 Full Setup within 30 days of the call and the $99 comes off it. You get a credit code on the confirmation page as soon as the consultation is paid — enter it at checkout. Nobody pays twice for the same conversation.
Yes, but not on day one. The $500 and $1,000 are one-time charges for the build, and that is all that comes off your card at checkout. The $199 a month starts 30 days later, once there is a live site to look after: maintenance and updates, ongoing directory submissions, and a new article every week. You are not paying a maintenance fee while the thing is still being built. It is month to month, and you can cancel before the first one is ever charged.
No. Every product in the shop is a single one-time payment with nothing recurring attached. Buying a logo does not sign you up for anything.
AI Implementation is $299 a month. That buys a 1-hour working session every two weeks — two a month — where we go through your business and work out where AI genuinely removes effort, then either build the tool or teach you the strategy. It is separate from the packages: you can be on it without ever having bought a build, and buying a build does not put you on it. Larger systems that come out of those sessions are scoped and quoted before anything starts. If you would rather test the water first, the $99 AI Business Audit is a one-time written map and the $150 AI Quick Build covers one simple workflow.
