How it works

Idea on Monday. Plan you can act on by the end of the month.

Every engagement runs the same four steps. What changes is how deep each one goes — a founder with an existing customer base needs a very different validation step than someone starting from a sentence.

03How it works

Four steps. Same every time.

What changes is the depth of each one — not the order.

  1. 01

    Tell Us the Idea

You describe what you want to build, in plain language. No business plan required — a paragraph and an honest answer about your budget and time is enough to start.

    • A short intake covering the idea, the customer and the problem
    • Where you are today: name, domain, entity, customers, revenue
    • What you can realistically invest in money and hours per week
    • A conversation to fill in whatever the form missed
  2. 02

    Build the Blueprint

We pressure-test the idea and turn it into a plan: who buys, what they pay, what gets built first, and what the first ninety days look like.

    • Market and competitor research specific to your niche
    • Revenue model, pricing and unit economics
    • Positioning and brand direction
    • A build order — what matters first, what can wait
  3. 03

    Build the Business

Then we build the actual thing. Brand, website or product, the systems that capture leads and run the day-to-day, and the automation that keeps it from eating your life.

    • Identity, website, store or software
    • CRM, lead capture, email and follow-up
    • AI and automation for the repetitive work
    • The operational plumbing behind the scenes
  4. 04

    Launch & Grow

We put it in front of customers, watch what actually happens, and keep improving the parts that move revenue.

    • Launch plan and first-customer push
    • Tracking so you know what is working
    • Iteration on offer, pricing and funnel
    • Ongoing partnership if you want one
05What to expect

The four things we hold ourselves to.

01

You will get a straight answer

If the idea has a problem we can see from here, we say so in week one — with the reasoning, not just a verdict. Nobody benefits from a polite yes that costs you $20,000.

02

You will know the number before we start

Scope, price and schedule are agreed up front. No hourly billing, no invoices that arrive larger than expected.

03

You will own everything

Domains, accounts, code, brand files, customer data. All of it is registered in your name and handed over. There is no hostage arrangement here.

04

You will be able to run it

We build things a normal person can operate, and we show you how. If you need us afterwards, that should be a choice rather than a dependency.

IDEA → BUSINESS

Got an idea? Let’s see what it could become.

Tell us what you want to build. We will tell you honestly whether it works, what it takes, and what it costs — before you commit to anything.
