1. What this covers
These terms govern your use of venturestudio.agency, including creating an account, submitting a venture through onboarding, and using the customer dashboard. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Venture Studio; where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate information — we scope engagements based on what you tell us. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Your idea stays your idea
Submitting an idea through this site does not transfer any ownership of it to us. We treat what you submit as confidential and will not use it to build a competing business. Equally, we work with many founders and cannot promise that a similar idea will never come through the door independently.
4. What this site is not
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser, and none of this is an offer of securities. Consult appropriately licensed professionals for those questions.
5. No guarantee of results
Starting a business is risky. We bring experience, judgement and execution — we do not guarantee revenue, profit, funding, traffic, rankings or that any venture will succeed. Anyone who does guarantee those things should worry you.
6. Pricing and engagements
Prices shown on this site are starting points for scoping, not offers. The price for your engagement is the one stated in your signed proposal. Submitting the onboarding questionnaire does not create a contract or obligate either of us to proceed.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to submit someone else’s confidential material, to upload malware, to scrape or overload the service, or to attempt to access accounts and data that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its design and its written content belong to Venture Studio. Work products created for you under a paid engagement transfer to you on the terms set out in that engagement — normally on final payment.
9. Availability and liability
The site is provided as-is. We aim to keep it available and accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Ending things
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may close accounts that violate these terms. Active paid engagements are wound down under their own agreement, not this one.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and continued use means acceptance. Questions go to hello@venturestudio.agency.
