You will end this with a spreadsheet of real questions your buyers type, tagged by where they are in the decision, scored so the top ten are obvious. Most of it is free and takes one focused afternoon plus a standing 20 minutes a week. The output is a writing queue you don't have to reinvent every month.

1. Build the sheet before you collect anything

Open a spreadsheet. One row per question. Columns:

Question (exact wording) · Source · Date found · Stage · Relevance 1-5 · Intent 1-5 · Uniqueness 1-5 · Score · Status

Set Score to =Relevance * Intent * Uniqueness. Freeze the header row.

That is where the free part ends.

The rest walks the whole thing through, step by step — including the parts people get wrong and what to do when the normal route fails.
