Venture Studio — Field Tools

Knock. Sign.
Close.

RoofCloser is the field app for roofing crews. Your rep does the intake at the door, the homeowner signs on the phone, and the office has a clean signed PDF before the rep leaves the driveway.

Running every day with real Florida roofing crews — eight reps across three companies run their door work through it. Built because paper packets and per-seat app bills were eating the day.

01What it does

The whole field kit, in one app

Intake at the door

GPS fills the address; the rep adds a name, phone and email. No clipboards, no paper packets, nothing to re-type back at the office.

Sign on the phone

The homeowner signs the contingency agreement right there — typed signature or a finger on the screen. No chasing signatures by text later.

A PDF before the driveway

The moment they sign, the finished, branded agreement is a clean PDF in the customer file — ready for the office, the adjuster and the homeowner.

Forms & work orders

Contingency agreements, work order agreements and your printable forms live in the app, priced off your own rate card.

Digital business cards

Every rep gets a card page to text to homeowners and referral partners. No separate card app, no per-rep subscription.

Leader board

Signed deals and splits where the whole crew can see them. Reps compete; owners stop asking who sold what this week.

02What it replaces

Stop renting your own paperwork

Most crews pay per seat, every month, for three or four tools that each do a piece of this. RoofCloser is one build — and it’s yours.

The jobThe rented stackWith RoofCloser

Field intake & forms

A per-seat CRM or forms app, billed per rep, every month

Built into your app. No per-seat fee, ever

Signatures

A separate e-sign tool — another subscription, another login

The homeowner signs on the phone, in the same flow

Signed copies to the office

Photos of paper, texted in, re-typed by somebody at a desk

A finished branded PDF the second they sign

Business cards

A card app for every rep — one more monthly line item

A card page for every rep, included

Crew standings

A spreadsheet somebody updates when they get around to it

The leader board updates as deals are saved

The bill

Rent, per rep, forever

One build fee, then $49–$99/mo care — total, not per seat

Prices vary by vendor, so we won’t invent your number. Send us your actual stack (the audit below) and we’ll do your math exactly — and tell you straight if a pilot doesn’t save you money.

03The pilot

A fixed-scope pilot, in plain terms

What’s included

  • Your branding, your forms, your rate card, your reps — set up in the app
  • Fixed scope agreed in writing before we start. No open-ended project
  • Two short calls is all it takes from you: one to scope it, one to launch your team
  • You keep your back-office CRM during the pilot — RoofCloser replaces the field layer first
  • If it doesn’t work for your crew, you get your data exported and we stop

What it doesn’t replace

  • Dispatch and scheduling
  • Invoicing and accounting
  • A full production CRM — that’s not what this is, and we won’t sell it as one

The price

$3K–$7K

One-time build fee, depending on scope — fixed in writing before we start.

$49–$99/mo

Care after launch: hosting, fixes and small changes. Total — not per rep.

04See it

Look at the real app, not a mockup

Sunrise Roofing Co. — demo tenant

Live demo link — being switched on

The self-serve demo runs a fictional roofing company with fake customers, so you can click through the actual app — intake, signature, PDF, leader board — without touching anyone’s real data. The demo tenant is being switched on now; until the link lands here, use the overview or book a live walkthrough and we’ll drive it for you.

05Stack audit

Three questions. Straight answer.

  1. 1.How many field reps do you have?
  2. 2.What do they use for intake forms, signatures, and cards?
  3. 3.What does that run per month, all-in?

Send the numbers and I’ll tell you straight whether a pilot saves you money or not. If it doesn’t, I’ll say so.
